Mit ihm lassen sich Lasten in schwierigen Situationen per Knopf- druck gleichmässig anheben und ab- senken. Solche Arbeiten erledigt der HIT-TRAC neo in Zukunft jedoch noch viel komfortabler. Denn zwei entschei- dende technologische Neuerungen zeichnen den HIT-TRAC neo aus: Er ver- fügt über eine intelligente Steuerung und ist durch einen neuen Antrieb bei gleicher Leistung rund 13 kg leichter und damit mit viel weniger Kraftauf- wand zu transportieren. Das standardisierte Steuerungsgerät ver­ fügt über eine Last bzw. Überlastanzeige in Form einer LED-Anzeige. Die Zugkraft lässt sich über ein Potentiometer einstellen, um eine Überbeanspruchung des Last­ objekts zu verhindern. Bis zu fünf Maschi­ nen können parallel einzeln oder gemein­ sam per Funk gesteuert und die Last damit bis auf fünf verschiedene Anschlagpunkte geleitet werden. Die Seilgeschwindigkeit ist variabel wählbar zwischen 0–10 m/min. und erlaubt eine millimetergenaue Navigie­ rung über Funk. Der HIT-TRAC neo über­ zeugt in jeder Hinsicht: Es ist nicht nur in­ telligenter und leichter, sondern erleichtert die Kraft aufreibende Arbeit erheblich und eröffnet neue Horizonte. Als weiteren Pluspunkt lassen sich bisherige HIT-TRAC 16E Geräte auf den neo Standard nachrüsten. Le HIT-TRAC neo («new engine op- tions») est basé sur le HIT-TRAC parfaitement éprouvé. Sur pression d’une touche, celui-ci lève et abaisse des charges de manière régulière dans des situations délicates. Le HIT-TRAC neo va permettre d’exécuter ces tra- vaux avec un confort encore largement accru. Le HIT-TRAC neo se distingue par deux innovations technologiques décisives: il dispose d’une commande intelligente et d’un nouveau moteur offrant la même puissance mais pesant 13 kg de moins, pour un transport net- tement plus aisé. L’appareil de commande standardisé est do­ té d’un affichage de charge ou de surcharge sous forme de témoin LED. La force de trac­ tion peut être réglée via un potentiomètre afin d’éviter que l’objet soulevé ne subisse des contraintes excessives. Jusqu’à cinq machines peuvent être commandées par radio parallèlement, individuellement ou ensemble, de sorte que la charge peut être répartie sur cinq points de fixation. La vitesse du câble est réglable aussi, de 0 à 10 m/min, d’où une navigation par radio au millimètre près. Le HIT-TRAC neo domine à tous égards: non seulement il est plus intel­ ligent et léger, mais il facilite les travaux lourds et ouvre de nouvelles perspectives. Autre point fort: les appareils HIT-TRAC 16E antérieurs peuvent être adaptés au standard de neo. The HIT-TRAC neo (new engine op- tions) is based on the well-proven HIT- TRAC which allows loads to be lifted and lowered smoothly in difficult sit- uations at the press of a button. Such work will in the future be made even easier by the HIT-TRAC neo because it incorporates two decisive technologi- cal innovations: It has an intelligent control system and is about 13kg light- er due to a new drive with the same performance and therefore much easier to transport. The standardised control device features a load/overload LED display. The pulling force can be set via a potentiometer to prevent an overstressing of the load. Up to five machines can be radio-controlled individually or collectively in parallel and the load can therefore be distributed to five different anchorage points. The wire rope speed can be variably selected between 0–10 m/min and allows navigation with millimetre precision by radio control. The HIT-TRAC neo convinces in every respect. It is not only more intelligent and lighter but also makes strenuous work much easier and opens up new horizons. Another advantage is that all previous HIT-TRAC 16E hoists can be upgraded to the neo standard.
