5 Service and Maintenance Personal Safety Equipment Rope and Lifting Technology Rental Service Original Habegger Für den Zirkus KNIE (Nationalzirkus Schweiz) entwickelte das HABEGGER Engineering ein spezifisches Aufzugs- system für die neuen Bogenmasten des grossen Chapiteau. Das Projekt wurde mit viel Engagement in weni- gen Wochen realisiert. Pünktlich zum 100-Jahr-Jubiläum haben die Zuschauer freie Sicht auf die Manege, weil die vier grossen Masten, welche die Zeltkuppel bisher trugen, verschwunden sind. Zwei Rundbögen aus Stahl überspan­ nen seit neustem die Zeltkuppel. Die Geschäftsleitung des Zirkus KNIE such­ te eine optimale Lösung sowohl die Masten des Chapiteaus als auch die Abspannun­ gen mit den Original HABEGGER Seilzügen, welche sich seit Jahren bestens bewährt hatten, durch eine innovative Lösung zu ersetzen. Dabei entschied sie sich für ein zwei Bogenlösung und für das Aufzugssys­ tem der Firma HABEGGER. Möglich wurde die Realisierung dieses anspruchsvollen Vorhabens nicht zuletzt durch das agile und flexible Engagement des HABEGGER Engineerings, das auf die Lösung individu­ eller und komplexer Kundenbedürfnisse fokussiert ist sowie dessen enge Zusam­ menarbeit mit der JAKOB Rope Systems AG in Trubschachen. www.jakob.com HABEGGER Engineering developed a special lifting system for the new curved masts of the big circus tent of the KNIE Circus (Switzerland’s national circus). The project was implemented with much commitment in just a few weeks. In perfect timing for the 100th anniversary, the audience has a clear view of the circus ring because the four big masts that previously supported the dome of the tent have disappeared. Two steel arches now span the dome of the tent. The executive management of the KNIE Circus wanted an optimum and innovative solution that replaces both the masts of the circus tent and the guying with the original HABEGGER wire rope pulling hoists that have proven themselves for many years. It chose a two-arch solution and the lifting system from HABEGGER. The realisation of this demanding project was not only made possible by the agile and flexible commit­ ment of HABEGGER Engineering, which specialises in solutions for individual and complex customer needs but also by its close co-operation with JAKOB Rope Sys­ tems AG in Trubschachen. www.jakob.com HABEGGER Engineering a développé pour le Cirque KNIE (Cirque national suisse) un système de levage spéci- fique pour les nouvelles arches du grand chapiteau. Le projet a été réalisé en quelques semaines, avec beaucoup d’engagement. Pour son centenaire, le Cirque Knie a offert au public une vue entièrement dégagée sur le manège grâce au remplacement, par deux arches en acier, des quatre grands mâts qui soutenaient jusqu’alors le chapi­ teau. La direction du Cirque Knie cherchait une solution innovante et optimale pour rem­ placer les mâts du chapiteau et les hau­ bans avec treuils HABEGGER originaux, qui avaient fait leurs preuves des années durant. La décision s’est portée sur un dispositif comprenant deux arches et un système d’élévateur signé HABEGGER.
